A full-time, tenure-track position teaching Music Theory/Composition on the undergraduate level.
Secondary areas of teaching may include, but are not limited to: music technology, music education and/or additional areas based on the candidates strengths and the needs of the department.
Will also participate in student advising and recruitment, continuation of research/creative activity related to area of appointment, and perform appropriate university service.
Qualifications: Candidates should hold the Doctorate in the field and/or equivalent professional scholarship/creative activity.
Record of successful teaching at the college/university level desired as well as ability to work effectively with colleagues across disciplines.
